Our School Day

8:50 am: School opens for arrival
9:00 am: Lessons begin / Registration closes
10:15 am: Morning break (15 minutes)
12:00 pm / 12:15 pm: Lunchtime (45 minutes)
12:45 pm / 1:00 pm: Afternoon lessons begin
2:15 pm / 2:30 pm: Afternoon play (15 minutes — applicable to relevant year groups)
3:25 pm: End of the school day for EYFS and Year 1 children
3:30 pm: End of the school day for Year 2, Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, and Year 6 children

All classes receive two hours of PE per week. Please check your child’s specific class page for their designated PE days and kit requirements.

Children have the opportunity to purchase a drink and snack at morning break or bring a healthy snack from home.
At afternoon break, a fresh piece of fruit is provided free of charge for all children in Reception, Year 1, and Year 2 (via the Government's Fruit and Veg Scheme).

Freshly Prepared: Meals are freshly prepared and cooked on-site every day by our school cook, offering a great choice of hot meals, jacket potatoes, and access to a fruit and salad bar.
Cost & Payment: School meals are free for all children in Reception, Year 1, and Year 2 (Universal Infant Free School Meals). For Key Stage 2 children, meals cost £3.20 per day, payable weekly on a Monday via our payment system.
Dining Together: All children eat their lunch together in the school hall, where they can sit with their friends regardless of whether they have a school dinner or a packed lunch.
